Mike "Sarge"
O'Halloran
Owner
Mike “Sarge” O’Halloran, has been dedicated to developing baseball players for over 15 years. What started off as a volunteer role quickly turned into a life long passion for teaching the game the right way. While earning dual degrees in Sports Management and Labor & Employment Relations from Rutgers, Mike traveled the country coaching over 50 clinics with Ripken Baseball.
Over the years, he's helped grow multiple travel organizations, coached championship teams in both school and travel ball, and built a reputation for creating disciplined and fundamentally strong players.
Today, as the founder of Around The Horn, Mike's mission is to help players unlock their full potential on and off the field through mentorship, accountability, training, and love of the game.
